Usage Instructions:

• Wash your hands before handling the tampon.
• To remove from packaging, hold the tampon at both ends and twist in the direction of the arrows—much like opening a lipstick cap.
• Gently pull on the removal string from the bottom to ensure it is secure.
• Insert your index finger into the indentation at the bottom of the tampon.
• Assume a comfortable position and gently spread your legs apart with your free hand to locate the vaginal opening.
• Relax, then push the tampon gently as high as possible and toward the back of the vagina. If you meet resistance, adjust the angle of insertion.
• If you cannot feel the tampon, it is correctly positioned in the middle of the vagina, with the removal string remaining outside.
• Change tampons every 3 to 4 hours. To remove, gently pull on the removal string.
